At Satoen, we are dedicated to providing high-quality matcha and ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date you received the product.

To qualify for a refund, the product must remain unopened, in its original packaging,

and undamaged. Please note that we do not accept returns for any opened or used products.

After we receive the returned product and conduct an inspection, we will process the refund to your account within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchange Policy:

In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective product, you are eligible to request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer service team. You may be required to provide images of the defective or incorrect product for our review.
