Matcha Cookies

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour (plain flour): 240 g
  • Matcha: 15 g
  • Unsalted Butter ( Room Temperature): 120 g
  • Salt: 1 g
  • Baking Powder: 1 g
  • Sugar: 100 g
  • Egg: 2 large egg yolks
  • White chocolate: 80 g

Instructions:

① Lightly beat room temp butter.

② Add sugar and mix.

③ Add room temp eggs gradually.

④ Add all purpose and baking powder flour and mix.

⑤ Just before the dry ingredients are mixed in fully, add in white chocolate chips. Mix well.

⑥ Roll the dough and keep in the fridge for 2 hours to keep the shape and easy to cut

⑦ Cut the dough 7mm

⑧Bake for 17 mins at 340F (pre-heat oven to 340F).
